Devon

Dental Hygienist

With over a decade of experience, Devon’s favorite part of her job is changing smiles and lives! She genuinely loves helping people and educating them about their oral health during their visits. She is from Southwest Florida where she worked as an expanded duties dental assistant for 10 years before going to school at Santa Fe College to become a dental hygienist.

Devon and her husband have one son, a miniature schnauzer and cows at home. She loves spending time with family, especially when it involves going to the beach, boating, and doing outdoor activities like gardening or taking care of their Dexter Cattle. Here’s something you might not know about her: she lived in Guam for a year while her husband built a Naval Hospital!

Tammy Rodgers

Office Manager

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, I’ve worn just about every hat on the frontlines—scheduler, hygiene coordinator, insurance whisperer—you name it. Helping people feel comfortable and cared for is what lights me up, and I bring that same passion to every role I’ve taken on.

But outside the office? I’m “Honey” to three beautiful grandkids, mom to four grown (and amazing) kids, and the heart behind our family’s small farm. When I’m not wrangling insurance codes, I’m likely in the kitchen baking something sweet or in the garden pulling weeds with a chicken or two nearby.

This little slice of life is full—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sarah Altenburg

Front Desk

With over three years of experience in the dental field I enjoy helping patients with everything from scheduling appointments and answering questions to calming those first-visit jitters. I love getting to know our patients and making sure everyone leaves with a smile – even before they see the dentist!

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, four adult children and granddaughter. I love animals, especially horses, and enjoy being outdoors whenever I can.

Something you may not know about me; my husband and I volunteer at a horse rescue on the weekends.

Kyndal

Dental Assistant

Kyndal has been a dental assistant since 2021 and truly enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She is EFDA certified, with additional certifications in X-ray, phlebotomy, BLS, and ALS. She is passionate about dentistry and enjoys continuing to learn and grow in her career. Outside of the office, Kyndal loves spending time with her friends and family, hunting, and being out on the water.

Aimee Carter

Dental Assistant

Aimee is a dedicated dental assistant with 35 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her remarkable career, she has devoted herself to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their dental experience.

Over the years, Aimee has gained extensive knowledge and experience assisting with dental procedures, supporting dentists and dental teams, maintaining patient safety, and providing compassionate care. She understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes be stressful, and she takes pride in bringing kindness, patience, and reassurance to every patient she meets.

Her 35-year career is a testament to her commitment to dentistry and to the people she has had the privilege of caring for. She has built meaningful relationships with countless patients and coworkers while witnessing many changes and advances in dentistry throughout the decades.

Outside of her career, Aimee enjoys expressing her creative side through painting and photography. She especially enjoys travel photography, capturing the beauty, character, and special moments she discovers along the way. She has a particular appreciation for sunsets, taking time to pause and enjoy the changing colors of the sky and the peaceful moments they create. For Aimee, sunsets are a reminder to slow down, appreciate the beauty around her, and treasure the moment.

Aimee also treasures the time she spends caring for her beloved pal, Sasha, who holds a very special place in her heart. Whether she is traveling, painting, taking photographs, watching a beautiful sunset, or simply spending time with Sasha, Aimee finds joy in the simple moments that make life meaningful.

After 35 years in dentistry, Aimee’s story is about more than a career. It is a life filled with caring for others, creativity, adventure, beautiful sunsets, and cherished relationships.
